Delivery
Our delivery policy ensures a smooth and efficient delivery process for our customers.
We aim to process all orders, except bespoke orders within 3-5 business days and offer a flat rate shipping of £4.99 on all orders to the UK.
We apologise that at this time we do not accept orders for delivery outside of the UK.
We aim to process all bespoke orders within 14 days unless specified otherwise during quotation.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your new jewellery.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact Leah (leah@alberojewellery.co.uk) on receipt of your item with full details and a photograph.
We will accept returns on non bespoke items within 14 days of receipt, provided the jewellery has not been worn and is in the original packaging.
Items exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are found to be faulty, are:
- Bespoke and commission rrders
- Earrings for hygiene reasons
Should you find a fault with your item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photographs.. Once the return is confirmed in writing you will need to arrange for the item to be returned to us for inspection. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
Please note: you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us as we cannot be held responsible for items that become lost or damaged during your return postage to us, therefore we suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt.
